Steady as a rock, sophomore Kurt Schuler(Windham, N.H.) has led the Bates golf team in all four rounds the Bobcats have played in the young season. He maintained that consistency over the weekend at the Maine Intercollegiate Golf Tournament, shooting a 78 on both days in wet conditions at the Natanis Golf Club for the fourth-best overall score among all players in the 11-team tournament. By finishing among the top 10, Schuler earned All-State honors.
