LEWISTON, Maine -- Sophomore midfielder Caroline O'Reilly received Second Team All-Region recognition for the second year in a row on Monday, as the National Field Hockey Coaches Association released its 2015 Longstreth/NFHCA Division III All-Region Teams.

O'Reilly (Longmeadow, Mass.) was a tireless two-way player at midfield for Bates, as often the first to disrupt opponents' advances, and using great skill and vision to make the right play with the ball. She finished the year with one goal and two assists, ranking sixth on the team in points. O'Reilly has started all 31 games of her career thus far.

"I am proud of Caroline, who is receiving this well deserved honor for a second year in a row," said head coach Danielle Ryder. "Caroline is a very hard worker and finds a way to compete with the top players in our conference every game. She is a great representative of our program and of our growing success."
