Sophomore Garrett Johnson (Lexington, Mass.) led the Bobcats with his second-day score of 81 to finish in a five-way tie for 119th.

Junior Jared Quenzel (West Hartford, Conn.) came in at 170, while first-year Garret Bonney (Sudbury, Mass.) shot an 84 on Tuesday to finish at 174.

In Monday's portion of the tournament, senior captain Lee Smith (Lexington, Mass.) shook off the injuries that have kept him out of action for most of this season to lead Bates. Unfortunately, an injury kept Smith from continuing on to play on Tuesday. Smith, a one-time NESCAC All-Conference selection, shot an 11-over-par 83 on Monday, putting him in a nine-way tie for 108th place among 168 individuals.
