Men's squash sweeps Mules at Colby, 9-0

WATERVILLE, Maine -- Bates senior Kush Mahan (Kalamazoo, Mich.) won at the first spot and senior Jordan Greenberg (Malvern, Pa.) was a winner at the second position for the 12th-ranked Bates College men’s squash team in a 9-0 win against 20th-ranked Colby College on Tuesday night at the Dunaway Courts.

Bates (10-5) received 3-0 wins from Mahan, Greenberg, sophomore Bobby Burns (Greenwich, Conn.), junior Nick Echeverria (Washington, D.C.), junior Patrick Williams (Boston, Mass.), first-year Eric Bedell (Brooklyn, N.Y.), first-year R.J. Keating (Short Hills, N.J.), and junior Doug Compton (West Hartford, Conn.).

Bates junior Will Katz (Bronxville, N.Y.) won in four games over Alex Fulton at the third spot. Fulton managed an 11-8 win in the third game for Colby (4-6).
