2014: Earned First Team IWLCA Pilgrim All-Region and Second Team All-NESCAC honors.... Started all 16 games.... Won 79 draw controls, the second most in a single season at Bates.... Led the team with 31 ground balls and ranked second with 27 goals.... Ranked among team leaders in points (35, third), caused turnovers (17, third), and assists (eight, fifth).... Won a season-high nine draw controls in each of two games -- vs. Wesleyan (Mar. 8) and at Tufts (Apr. 15).... Scored four goals in each of two games -- vs. Southern Maine (Mar. 4) and vs. Babson (Mar. 11).

2013: Earned IWLCA Third Team All-America honors.... Took home All-NESCAC laurels.... Captured IWLCA Pilgrim Region First Team honors.... Led the team in goals (26), points (32), ground balls (40), draw controls (50), and caused tunovers (22).... Also tallied six assists.

2012: Captured IWLCA All-Region honors, following an excellent sophomore campaign that included 17 goals and seven assists, ranking third on the Bobcats in points (24), up from 10 last season. Pierce was fourth on the Bobcats in ground balls (24), third in draw controls (26) and sixth in caused turnovers (11).

2011: Started 7 games at midfield during her freshman campaign.... Finished the season third on the team with 32 groundballs and second on the team with 22 caused turnovers.... Tallied her first collegiate point with an assist against Williams in March.... First multi-point game (two goals, one assist) against Southern Maine in April.... Recorded a goal and an assist against Bowdoin on April 20.... Had one goal against Trinity and one assist against Colby.
