Women's squash tops Hamilton, falls in NESCAC semifinals

Cherri-Ann Parris '13 posted a 3-1 win at the No. 1 spot in the Bates lineup against Hamilton.

HARTFORD, Conn. -- The Bates College women's squash team routed Hamilton 8-1 on Saturday afternoon to advance to the semifinals of the NESCAC Women's Squash Championships, where the No. 3 seed Bobcats fell 9-0 to No. 2 seed Williams.

Bates (16-7), ranked No. 11 in the country, will play No. 4 seed Middlebury tomorrow at 12 p.m. at Trinity to determine third and fourth place in the conference.
